Join us to learn professional counseling and coaching tips from Rose Carol. She will show share tools to help our clients adhere to their Ayurveda protocols for greater progress, motivation, and health as well as help us deepen and enhance our own Ayurveda practices. Discussion and case study examples included. 

Rose Carol has been an Ayurveda Health Educator and Panchakarma Bodyworker for over 35 years. She is a Shaka Vansya Ayurveda Practitioner and Educator who was mentored by Vaidya R.K Misra from 1996-2017 and is certified by Bhavana Institute of Ayurveda and Yoga. She studied Vedic Sciences at Maharishi International in the 1980’s, taught meditation throughout the 1990’s, and taught and created Ayurveda Curriculums for the Healing Arts Institute, Sacramento California and Northeastern Illinois University, Chicago. We are honored and excited to learn from Rose’s years of practice experience.

Dr.(Vaidya) Ashlesha Raut is a third generation Vaidya who is classically trained in Ayurveda, Board Certified in Integrative Medicine from American Association of Integrative Medicine, and has been practicing Ayurveda for more than two decades. As a Director at Ayurveda For Healing Inc., she maintains an Ayurveda Wellness and Panchakarma center where she practices Ayurveda in the Bloomington and Chicagoland area. She also actively participates at various academic centers and boards in IL, MI, FL, TX, CA, and INDIA as well as is the Program Director, Ananda Ayurveda Academy. Her mission is providing a Holistic Path for Wellness and Optimal Health through Ayurveda and integrative medicine.

Join us as she shares her wisdom regarding helping individuals thrive through the challanges and changes of Menopause.
