Practitioners with designated titles have been verified by the AAW as completing the necessary training and certification to use these titles. Note that AWC/AHC as the initial Ayurveda certification level and focuses on the basics of mind and digestion. CAP is a more advanced level including learning different tissue and disease states, and AYD the most advanced levels of medical training in Ayurveda currently available in the US.
